By this process pipes are manufactured in diameters from 20 to 200 inches, and in wall thicknesses from 0.250 to 4 inches. The process begins with the edge trimming of the steel plate to the required width. The pipe is formed by pyramid rolls to later be welded by the Double Submerged Arc Welding process. In the finishing area, the pipe is inspected and tested to guarantee the quality required by the client.
