Huanyu Power Source Co., Ltd. Was established in 1982 as a subsidiary of Henan Huanyu Group Co., Ltd. We produce Ni-Cd and Ni-MH batteries and battery pack, li-ion battery and battery packs, sealed-acid batteries, and lithium iron phosphate batteries. With over 3000 employees and 250 engineers, our company is located in Xin xiang, Henan Province, and has sales centers established in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

Huanyu can produce 1.5million Ni-Cd/Ni-MH and li-ion batteries. We have 4 pack assembly lines and one automatic line, with the productivity of 10,000 packs/day. We can have OEM orders and produce different battery packs according to customers’ needs. Now the batteries packs we produce include DEWALT, MAKITA, MILWAUKEE, BOSCH, HITACHI, RYOBI etc. Huanyu has formed long term strategic cooperative partnership with TTI and BDCI, and receive high praise from them. In 2011 and 2012, Huanyu won the “Best Supplier” in TTI and BDCI.

The valve-regulated lead-acid batteries include the following series: 2V, 4v, 6v, 12v portable sealed lead-acid batteries, stationary sealed lead-acid batteries, gel sealed lead-acid batteries. The company has 8 SLA battery production lines, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 KVAH. These products are widely used on small UPS power, emergency lights, all kinds of emergency lighting equipment, solar energy lights etc.

Huanyu lithium-ion phosphate batteries use patented stacking, soft-packing, and electrolyte-starved technology. The current production capacity of lithium iron phosphate batteries is 100million AH per year. They are the ideal batteries for the electric vehicles and energy storage system.
