Henan Zhongyuan Special Steel Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd, built from 1970, is located at the foot of Wangwu mountain in west Jiyuan city, Henan province, and adjacent to Xiaolangdi water control project on the Yellow River. Being approved by National Resource Committee of State Department, Technology and Industry Committee of National Defense, China South Industries Group Corporation, it changed into limited company from limited-liability Company (the former name of it is Henan Zhongyuan Special Steel Group limited).

At the present time, the registered capital of our company is 386.51 million RMB, engaging in machining and manufacturing of special steel forgings, special steel products, and technical services, consulting services, warehousing (excluding combustible material) , general cargo, import and export business (excluding products and technology which are limited or forbidden by state ),changing and providing electricity, accommodation, food and drink. Our company covers the area of 2.15 million ㎡ and a building area of 0.27 million ㎡.It owns 3500 sets of main technological equipments. There are 4200 employees, and 1000 of whom are technical and managing personnel.
