Clearance of administrative procedure
The Group is able to obtain necessary permits, approvals and/or registrations for investment projects, company or new office establishments, thanks to a profound knowledge of law, local customs, and especially close relations with authorities at various levels.

After being licensed, a project or company still has to go a long way before the first revenue or profit is generated. Besides usual post-licensed administrative procedures, unexpected issues relating to site clearance, land leasing, access to public utilities, etc. may be faced. Project and corporate evaluation
This service is often required by lenders and/or shareholders who want to purchase company shares. In some cases, project and corporate evaluation is also a part of the market survey and analysis. The Group provides this service in its capacity as a professional and independent consultant.
Procurement and technology transfer
The import of equipment and technology transfer are not only closely managed by the investors but also supervised by the Government. Sales promotion and supporting services include marketing strategy, introduction of partners, promotion and building of distribution network related to domestic and international markets.
Translation and other services
Both English and Vietnamese are used at the Group, of which English is primarily used in communication with foreign clients. Translating legal, financial, banking, technical documents are a strong point of the Group. The Company can provide administrative staff for non-regular activities required by clients such as organization of seminars, exhibitions, training courses, employee recruitment and immigration procedures.
Labour recruitment service
The Company provides the service of the recruitment of personnel for local and foreign enterprises, specially those highly qualified staff, and consults the clients on related issues as salary, allowances, income tax, etc.
