Overall structure

The machine tools are made of Mihanna steel, with a 45-degree inclined lathe bed structure which increases the mechanical stability and maintains the long-term accuracy. Both X-axis and z-axis adopt the linear slide guideways of high rigidity. Combined with the best span design, low resistance, high rigidity, the best processing efficiency can be achieved, and feed speed is up to 30 m / mm.

Controller and crystal panel

Turret

High precision guide screw

Two axes employs class C3 abrasive ballscrew of high-precision, Japan NSK gradient ball bearings with double-nut caps are adopted on both fixed sides, which makes the scheduled positioning accuracy more stable.

the design of separate water tanks

Water tanks are separated from the bed, so it is easy to clean out the residual chip. In accordance with the different processing materials, you can replace the cooling oil or cooling water at any time, it is convenient to maintain the tanks.
