  Password and Mifare card used offices, household intellectual safe locks are parts of IC One-Card-Pass System. The Mifare card can be used in other equipments of One-Card-Pass.
  The functions of the lock system are very strong and used very easily. Sencondary generation ID cards can be set as door opening cards) realising that" one card can open gates and gates can be opened by cards". Locks can be in common open state. If the door is not locked well, the lock wil make a indication automatically. All the passwords and door opening cards are configured by clients,to lessen the leaks futhest. The Mifare cards of the system is of common uses, such as housing estates,paking lots,etc. The locks is applicable to modern offices, office buildings, hight class flats, villas and so on. There are two modes for opening Mifare cards and password used offices, together with household lock system.

  Independent Mode: using Mifare cards or password to open doors independently.

  Combined Mode: using Mifare cards and password to open doors simultaneously.

1. The default password of the locks is 12345678 and the mode is independent.
    1.1 Method of convertion from independent mode to combined mode, as below:
    Press the "Key" key after inputting 8 administration codes. Then press the"6#" key, the buzzer will make 5 sounds and the red LED together with the green LED will glitter alternately. Make sure by pressing "Key" key again. The buzzer will make a long sound "di". The convertion is successful. Press the "C" key if you want to quit.
    1.2 Method of convertion from combined mode to independent mode, as below:
    Input 8 digits password and press the "Key"key after reading management cards. Then press the "6#"key, the buzzer will make 5 long sounds and the red LED together with the blue LED will glitter. Make sure by pressing the "Key"key. A long sound made by the buzzer will tell you the convertion is successful. Press the "C" key if you want to quit.

2、In combined mode, if read card firstly (or press the "Key" key after inputting password firstly), the buzzer will make a sound and the blue LED will glitter. Then input the password and press the "key" key(or read card). Open the door when blue LED lights.  

   Operation Manual of Mifare Card Locks

1. Management Card
   Function: configures and deletes door opening cards; can open the door.
2、Door Opening Card
   Function: opens and sets the aisle lock.
3、Mechanical Key
   Function: Open the door for emergency and configure the management card.

Firstly, set or delete the management cards
1.1 The buzzer will make a long sound after you press the PCB board switch for 3s. Then put your hands away and the blue LED will glitter fast. Hold the card towards the sensitive area. It will become the management card with a long sound. The old management card will be logout. You can configure 2 management cards at most.
1.2 Open the door by the mechanical key and keep the lock in open state(the inclined bolt and big quadrate bolt are in the body of the core)for 3s. Loose your hand and read the card. It will become the management card with a long sound. The old management card will be logout. You can configure 2 management cards at most.

Secondly, set the door opening cards  
2.1 Enter in to the key configuring state
    Read the management card, the buzzer will make a sound "di", electrical machine will rotate and blue LED glitter. The LED will go out after opening the door. If not open it, the lock will enter into the key configuring state. The cards read now will become door opening cards. If the lock can't discover valid IC card in 5s, the buzzer will make 2 short sunds "di,di". The state is over.
2.2 The configurement course
    After entering into the key configuring state, hold the IC card towards the sensitive area of the lock. The configuring is successful after the buzzer make a long sound "di". Repeat the course to configure other door opening cards. If the card exists already, the buzzer will make 2 short sounds"di","di". It can set 200 cards at most.

Thirdly, delete door opening cards
3.1 Delete single card
  Read the management cards for 2 times towards the sensitive area, the buzzer will make a long sound "di". Then the red LED will glitter. Read the card you want to delete once. A short sound "di" indicates that the card is deleted. Repeat the course, you can delete other door opening cards. If the card don't exist, the buzzer will make 2 short sounds "di","di".
3.2 Delete single lost card
  Read the management cards for 3 times towards the sensitive area,the buzzer will make 2 long sounds"di","di" and the red LED will glitter. Read the card which is in 1 digit front of the lost card once. A short sound"di" indicates the lost card is deleted. If the lost card is the first card, read the last card in the state.
3.3 Delete all the door opening cards
  Read the management cards for 5 times towards the sensitive area, the buzzer will make 3 long sounds,"di","di","di". And the red LED will glitter. Last two sounds  "di","di" will indicate the deletion is completed.
Note: The new configured door opening card will be instead of the number of the lost       card in order.

Fourth, open the door
4.1 Open the door by IC card key
  Hold the valid IC card towards the sensitive area of the lock. Then buzzer will make a sound"di". The electrical machine rotates and blue LED lights to clew the door is open. When the lock find the action, it will lock automatically. If the action wasn't found, it will also lock automatically.
Note:
1、If the IC card is not valid, the lock will make 3 short sounds"di","di","di" and the red LED will light.
2、If the voltage lacks, the buzzer will make 5 sounds "di","di","di","di","di" continually and the red LED will light. After the first indication of lacking voltage, the lock can still be opened for more than 200 times. Change batteries in time to insure the common use of the lock.
4.2 Open the door by mechanical key
  Open the door by mechanical key in any situation such as lacking of voltage.

Fifthly, indication of door closing.
5.1 Indication of door not closing
  When the door is close,but the inclined bolts don't come out or come out a little(called false locking normally), the lock will make an alarm sound for 1 minute.

Sixthly, common open setting
6.1 Alsle setting
  let the bolts in after your pressing the back handle and keep it. Read the door openging cards or management cards. The buzzer will make a long sound. The red LED will glitter once and the electrical machine will rotate positively. The door will be in common penstate.( alsle state)
6.2 Releasing alsle state
  let the bolts in after your pressing the back handle and keep it. Read the door openging cards or management cards. The buzzer will make a short sound and the electrical machine will rotate reversely. The blue LED will glitter once. The door will be locked.( releasing alsle state)
Note: when the door is in normal open state, if you read the door opening cards, the buzzer will make a short sound and the red LED will light. But the electrical machine won't rotate. The door is already in common open state.
 

   Operation Mannual Of Password Locks

1. Management Password
   Function: sets and deletes valid door opening password and opens the door.
2. Door Opening Password
   Function: open the door

Firstly, modify management password
1.1 Press the "1" key after inputting old 8 digits password. The buzzer will make a long sound and the blue and red LEDs glitter. Then input a new password and press the "Key" key together with a long sound. Input the password again and press the  "Key" key. The blue LED lights and the buzzer make 2 long sounds that indicate the modification is successful. If the twice inputting the password is fault, you can press the "Key" key followed by 5 sounds"di","di","di","di","di". Then you can input the codes again. Quit by pressing the "*" key.
1.2 Open the door by the mechanical key and keep the lock in open state(the inclined bolt and big quadrate bolt are in the body of the core)for 3s. The buzzer will make a long sound "di" and the red and blue LEDs will glitter. Loose the key and input the 8 digits password. The buzzer will make a long sound after pressing the "Key" key. Then input the password again and press the "Key" key. The blue LED will light and the buzzer will make two long sounds"di","di". Now, the password can become new management password.

Secondly, set door opening password
  Press the "8" key after pressing inputting the 8 digits management password. Then the buzzer will make a long sound and the blue LED will glitter. Press the "Key" key after inputting the 6 digits password. Then input it again followed by a lighting blue LED. The buzzer makes 2 long sounds that indicates the setting is successful. If the twice inputting the password is fault, you can press the "Key" key followed by 5 sounds "di","di","di","di","di". Then you can inputthe codes again. Repeat the operation, you can set other door opening passwords for 50 at most. If the password has already existed, the buzzer will make 3 short sounds "di", "di", "di". Quit by pressing the "*" key.

Thirdly, delete and modify the door opening password
3.1 Delete signal door opening password
  Pressing the "4" key after inputting the 8 digits management password. The buzzer will make a long sound and the red LED will glitter. Input the password which is in 1 digit front of the password you want to delete. Short sound "di" indicates the deletion is successful. If you want to delete the first door opening password, input the last door opening password in the state.Quit by pressing the "*" key.
3.2 Delete all the door opening passwords
  Press the "0" key after inputting the 8 management password. The buzzer will make a long sound and the red LED will glitter fast. Then press the "Key" key to make sure followed by 3 long sounds "di", "di", "di". The blue and red LEDs will glitter. Last two sounds "di","di" indicates the deletion is completed(logout all the old door opening passwords). Quit by pressing the "*" key.
3.3 Modify the door opening password
  Press the "1" key after inputting the old 6 digits door opening password. The buzzer will make a long sound and the blue and red LED will glitter. Then press the "Key" key after inputting a new 6 digits password followed by a long sound. Press the "Key" key after inputting the password again followed by a the lighting blue LED. The buzzer makes 3 long sounds that indicates the modification is successful and the old door opening password is invalid. If the twice inputting password is wrong, you can press the "Key" key followed by 5 sounds "di", "di", "di", "di", "di". Then you can input again. Quit by pressing the "*" key.
Note: The new configured door opening password will be instead of the number of the deleted password in order.

Fourthly, open the door
4.1 Use the management password to open the door
  Press the "Key" key after inputting the management password, the buzzer will make a sound "di". The electrical machine will rotate and the blue LED will light. This indicates the lock is open. The lock will close automatically when it examined the open action. If not found, it will also close automatically after 5s together with the extinct blue LED.
4.2 Use the door opening password to open the door
  Press the "Key" key after inputting the door opening password, the buzzer will make a sound "di". The electrical machine will rotate and the blue LED will light. This indicates the lock is open.  The lock will close automatically when it examined the open action. If not found, it will also close automatically after 5s together with the extinct blue LED.
Note: The key board will be locked beacause of 5 wrong passwords inputting.
1. The buzzer will make 3 sounds "di","di","di" and the red LED will light because  of invalid password.
2. The buzzer will make 5 continual "di","di","di","di","di" sounds and the red LED will light because of lacking of voltage. After the first indication, the door can be still opend for more than 200 times. Change batteries in time to insure    the common use of the lock.

Fifthly, special indications
5.1 Modify your management password and delete all the door opening passwords     immediately for the safety of your assets.
5.2 The system support the function of messy code to open the door. For example, the     correct password is "123456". Numbers could be increased in the foreandaft parts of the password(12 digits at most), such as 012"123456"798.
5.3 The mechanical key is not only the core to set the management cards and         passwords administration, but also could be used to open the door for emergency. It should be kept carefully.

The lock opening modes can be set by your choice. Use Mifare cards or passwords separately to open/ Only Mifare cards and password used together could open the locks.
The cards are set by the lock sytem and software is not needed. 2 management cards and 200 cards at most.
The passwords can be modified by your choice. 1 management password and 50 door opening passwords at most.
Messy codes could be used when inputting passwords. 12 digits at most.
You can set the lock in common open state.

Batteries supply the power. External source can be used.
