Motor

In treadmill factory CEBO, CO-688 own the most important spotlight in our show room. Powering the Treadmill CO-688 is a, 3.0 HP ultra high torque continuous duty motor that propels you from 0.5 to 12 MPH and up inclines up to 16%.

Belt

As a professional treadmill manufacturer as CEBO, we use the best treadmill belt from SIEGLING of Germany in our treadmill factory CEBO . There are four layers in our treadmill belt : 1, Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) layer-- anti-skid top layer which you actually walk on. 2, High density polyester weave fabric layer-- Provides strength, durability, and lateral stability. 3, Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) layer -- Binding layer which holds layers together. 4, High density polyester weave fabric-- Provides low friction and high wear resistance, reducing the possibility of static charge buildup.

Surface Treatment

In treadmill factory CEBO, CO-688 has an epoxy powder coated paint, baked to durable high finish. This finish protects the all-steel construction. The frames are virtually indestructible and have a lifetime warranty.

Rollers

Folding

We use the MDF board as our main board of our treadmill . We use the 2.0mm board ,which much thicker than other treadmill factories. The thicker the main board is , the higher weight can the treadmill sustain.

Rubber pads

We use 8 VR rubber pads in CO-688,which can protect the running deck from Severe shocks  , keeping the whole treadmill more smooth  and more durable in using.

Wheels

The wheels in the back of CO-688, which showes in the picture . when we rise the running deck in to another degree, the back part of the running deck will move and these wheels can move with the tail of the running plat just as show in our drawing . As a incompetent treadmill factory , We design these wheels by our technisoms .And this design owns Lot's of praise in the treadmill wholesale according to our customers' feedback.

Hige and low tone amplifier

In our treadmill factory CEBO,We use two speakers : one in the console and one the the bottom of the treadmill ,which can provide with different toues . So , our OUTDO-688 can give you the joy of High bass effect music!

Console

The console of the CO-688 is user friendly with a RED display. The fitness information that is displayed at all times include Speed, Incline, Time, Distance Traveled, Calories, Pulse and Pace. We design this console by our technisom team in our treadmill facotory CEBO. The CO-688 console also incorporates a Message Board system. This is an alphanumeric text center that sends scrolling messages to the user in an effort to guide them through all of the details of every fitness workout.
For instance if you are unsure how to set up the user fitnesss profile, just push the user profile button the message board will walk you though the rest.
Think of the message board as having someone standing next to you reading from the owner's manual on what to do next in just about every function of the treadmill.
The message board on the CO-688 is very easy to use and will also recap your entire fitness workout after you are finished, so you can see your progress.
