Use:
This machine can press sublimation, impregnant printing ink color picture on cotton, hemp, fibre and another fabric by heat press, it also can use in technics heat treatment as transplanting fur painting and froth printing

Operation:

1.      turn on the switch of power , adjust the temperature ,time and air pressure to the requirement .

2.      when temperature reaches the set point ,please print the test sample firstly ,adjust the switch to “ manual “ position, confirm the quality of test sample is passed , then can adjust the switch to “ automatic “ to produce as a batch

when the switch was on “ manual “ position , please press the “ manual start” button ,the heating-plate will press down until the time is end then will automatic rise . eg: when find it is not the right position during the print process, should press “ urgent stop” button to stop print . when the switch is on “ automatic” position , just put the heating-plate to the right position then it can automatic press down.

Notice :

Must have a suitably and firm earth wire protection

Maintenance:

1. air pressure : if the pressure is not enough or too much , you can loose or increase the pressure screw to adjust, turn to“ + ”for increase pressure , turn to “–” for loose pressure ( please note if has lube on the air-jar )

2.temperature :when the temperature reaches to the set point while the heating-plate

doesn’t work or heating not equality , please check if the temperature controller is turn on or circuit is destroyed.

3. time : when the switch turn on “ manual “ position  but can’t press down when press the “ manual start “ button , please check “manual” switch . when the switch turn on “ automatic “  the board reaches the position but can’t press down, please check the mirco- switch if connect correctly in the box , please adjust if not .
