The high quality anticorrosion conting systems of polyethylene tape for pipelines of any diameter for petroleum, natural gas, water supply, city gas, oil and electric power industries etc.

 

Anticorrosion conting systems are formed by the best combination of primer, inner wrap tape(anticorrosion coating tapes) and outer wrap tape(mechanical coating tapes).

 

The tape as consists of two parts:

1. Adhesive: Inner layer of Butyl rubber.

2. Backing: Outer layer of Polyethylene(PE) Plastic.

T140(0.40mm), T150(0.50mm), T180(0.80mm);

Outer wrap tape:

T240(0.40mm), T255(0.55mm), T280(0.80mm);

Joint wrap tape:

T360(0. 60mm), T380(0.80mm);

Thickness be 0.40mm-0.80mm,

Width: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 230mm.

Butyl tape:

T4100:thickness:1.0mm;

T4200:thickness:2.0mm;

T4300:thickness:3.0mm;

Primer:

P19: Solid content 19%;

P27: Solid content 27%.
