Immerse a sealed package of Vegie Fish in water for 1-3 hours. Remove from package when it softens. It is now ready for cooking.
Fast Defrosting
Remove Vegie Fish from package. Place in microwavable dish. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes. Defrosting time may vary slightly according to microwave oven specification and quantity of Vegie Fish to be cooked.
Cooking
Stir Fry (Recommended)
1. Defrost Vegie Fish.
2. Heat vegetable oil in saucepan.
3. Stir fry Vegie Fish until it becomes yellowish.
4. Serve as a fish alternative in any dish you like.
Microwave
1. Remove Vegie Fish from package.
