Brief Introduction

XS211 series belong to bicomponent rubber binder,which is composed of both liquid A and liquid B.When both of them mixed according to proportion of weight and volume the mixture will vulcanize to soft elastomer under room temperature.It mainly used for LED Outdoor Display Screen’s embedding.The pot life and room temperature cure time have nothing to do with the quantity of binder that used.There is no obvious shrinkage or temperature rising during vulcanization.It is oderless,corrosionless,anti-ultraviolet radiation,age-resistance,repairable,and excellent weather-wearing characteristics.

Performances and Properties

It mainly used for the sealing and protection of LED Outdoor Display Screen,which belongs to the embedding of high elsatomer electronic components.There are two colors:dark lightless and dark light. The common advantages are：

1.  Fast curing,short operation time,which can improve the production efficiency.

2.  Excellent flouability,can flow immediately,and use the auto-embedding equipment.

3.  Excellent cohesive to cured material and mold components(metal,plastics,etc)as well as LED.

4.  Enjoys high-low temperature,nice electronic properties ,insulation ability and flaxibility.

5.  Removability，the components after sealing can be taken out or change,then repare it with embedding rubber without

 any marks left.
