The QL series hydraulic rock splitter is our newly developed product which is composed of two parts:hydraulic pumping station and splitter. The super-high-pressure oil-driven oil cylinder outputted by the pumping station generates gigantic driving power, which can split the object to be split to the preset direction after mechanic amplification.
This products is mainly applicable to mining work of construction stones:
The secondary breaking of large ores(metal ores or non-metal ores) and the partial or integral removing of concrete facilities(cement road,machinery base,bridge and building parts). Compared with traditional working mode, the above method features simple structure,convenient operation, effcient work and low price(some 1/4 of that of foreign products). It offers high effciency(double speed) and good performance, and is more applicable to the secondary breaking of large ores. It is an ideal product to replace secondary blasting and manual breaking.

The hydraulic power station include power fountain , high hydraulic oil pump ,,debus pressure valve ,hydraulic oil box and rack and so on .The hydraulic power station include hand-carrier and moving style ; according the different power fountain ,the power station include gasoline engine ,diesel engine and electromotion. .According to different models, a suit of power station can drive most ten splitters.
High and low pressure fast linker can link the high and low pressure pipe and hydraulic power station , splitter in secondly with safely, fast and expediently in working and striping, easy to convey.
High and low pressure pipe are used in linking the hydraulic power station and hydraulic splitter. If a suit of hydraulic power station drive sever hydraulic splitters at the same time, it will collocate the distributary in the high and low pressure pipe.
Hydraulic splitter are mainly include control valve, split crock and wedge .The whole splitter are made of high quality aluminum metal and alloy steel by exactitude process ,have the special airproof. So that it is light weight ,strong ability of supporting the pressure.
