Drive shaft: we using the Baosteel 40Cr or 42CrMo as the raw material of it.

40Cr: it has good rigidity, abrasion resisting properties is very excellent.

42CrMo: it has the characteristic of high rigidity and good hardenability, good toughness, small deformation when quenching. It has the characteristic of the high creep strength and creep rupture strength when high temperature

Shaft body: we adopt advanced the heat treatment process. we purchasing medium- frequency induction hardening machine from EFD, Germany, it can improve  product’s toughness and hardness. Longer products life and guarantee products safety character. 

Shaft’s spline: we purchasing advanced the equipment. such as rolling spline and thread from EX-CELL-O, Germany. The machine has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, stable quality. we guarantee products quality, makes the spline even, let the spline connect with axle normally.

We also purchase the Straightening Machine from Changchun research institute, it makes the shaft straight. It can reduce the flop, not easy offset, reduce the Chassis’s noise.
