Operate:

1. To remove cutter section:

Simply push in knob on top of unit- cutter Section will slip out clearly, to reassemble,just push back into place.

2. To remove the pusher plate:

Just twist the knob on front clockwise to release; after cleaning,secure in place by twisting the knob anti-clockwise

Easy to clean. Wash with warm soapy water
