Full line of products: custom cylinder bronze bearings, flange bronze bearings, bronze thrust washers, bronze bearing shells bronze trunnion bushings, bronze king pin bushings, bronze bowl bushings, bronze and brass turned parts and relevant parts. If you do not have a drawing, we will work with you to reproduce your part from a sample.
Manufacturing processes: turning, boring, broaching, grooving, facing, milling, drilling, grinding,honing, and de-burring. Many of our manufacturing processes are proprietary with the tools made in our own tool workshop.
Applied to: earth moving equipment, rotating pump equipment, heavy industrial equipment, agricultural and automotive industries and many other areas that demand quality bronze machined parts.
