Method of application:
1. Soak the sleeve-fish in the compounded soup according to the filling prescription for 2 to 3 hours, and then take out and air the sleeve-fish, and at last put it on the baking plate directly. The baking temperature should be about 1 55℃,and it takes about 3 minutes(the exactly time is depends on the thickness of sleeve-fish).
2. It’s important to start the second working procedure after baking. To press the sleeve-fish loose, then silk drawing to get finished products. The whole process only required one worker and the skill is so easy that one can learn it quickly.
