KR-series aluminum and plastic composite panel extrusion line production principle:Polyethylene (PE) material is extruded via screw and shaped by mould and 3-roll calendar-combining with high molecular film - aluminum foil is combined at high temperature -cooling and shaping - protection film combining- longitudinal edge repair & cutting - final product.
This Aluminum and plastic composite panel extrusion line is specially used to extrude the aluminum and plastic composite panel. This kind of panel is for the internal and external wall decoration. The effective width of the finish product is from 1220mm to 1800mm and the thickness is from 1.0mnm-5mm. the thickness of the aluminum sheet is 0.03-0.5mm. The big vented extruder TOP series 150,160 or170 is used to ensure big capacity; this line even can produce qualified finish products using 100% recycle materials.
