MSB-JF-800 bush and its relative series is wrapped by double metal strip which is based on steel backing. Various kinds of oil grooves, oil pockets or indentations should be properly designed on the surface to meet different lubricating conditions. Campared with the solid bronze ones, JF-800 series are compact, lighter and saving more assemly space. Its load capacity is much higher than Babbit metal and meanwhile JF-800 bears stronger gatigue strength and therefore there is a wide application. They are widely used as crankcase and connecting rod bearings ,bushes and thrust washers and diesel engines. They can also be applied in stigma rocker arms , cams, gear boxes, steel plate springs, balsnce shafts, steering shaft's joints and auto clutches and so on.
