The level indicator UHC operates on the principle float position detection in a communicated chamber. A measuring chamber is connected parrel to the tank such that the same condition exist in the chamber as in in the tank. In the chamber, a float moves according to an externally mounted indicating device with magnetic flaps. It is possible to equip the indicator with an electrical transmission facility and limit swithchs, reaching  long-distance controlling and alarming.
