Our Goji dried berries are dried using indoor driers in highly sanitary conditions
without using any sulfides. Traditional sun-dried goji rely on the heavy use of
sulfides to preserve the berry in unsanitary outdoor conditions, but they still may
have high bacterial counts. They are often dried on or near roads which may also
expose them to contamination. For these reasons, none of our products are dried
outdoors in the traditional way.
