| Introduction R-1146 epoxy trickle resin is made from epoxy resin, hardener and presented in two-component form. It has gained UL certification (E227128) and UL Electrical Insulation System certification (E242776). Features Excellent thermal state mechanical strength and electrical performance, good heat resistance and mould proof, fast curing, firm and thick condensate, superior quality. Applications/Use Trickling method for high temperature, high rotation speed, minitype or small type rotor coil. Such as: electrical tool, cleaner and auto motors. How to use Mix two components A/B with a proportion of 5/4 by weight. Automatic trickle varnishing machine process: 1. Preheat unit for above 15 minutes at 130-140℃ in general. 2. Drip slowly 3. Gel at low temperature, about 105-130℃ for 10-30 minutes 4. Bake unit for 15-40 minutes at 120-150℃. Packing and Storage Part A is 20kg/drum while part B is 16kg/drum with 20L steel drums. It can be stored for at least 12 months in dry and cool room.
