Features: 

1) Used to make SMC sheet

2) Good stiffness, easy cutting and low static

3) The fiber is well-proportioned when molded to SMC

6) Finish: silane

7) Compatible with epoxy and polyester resin

Fiberglass spray up roving

Features: 

1) Used as reinforced material in the process of FRP spray up molding 

2) Good stiffness, easy cutting and low static

3) After processed by spray gun, the fibers are even and dispersed well, which is easy 

    to grind and throw out air bubbles

4) Filament diameter: 11μm or 13μm

5) Roving density: 2,400tex

6) Finish: silane 

7) Compatible with epoxy and polyester resin

It is roving which as reinforced material in the process of FRP spray up molding and can compatible with resin well

It has good stiffness, easy cutting and low static. After processed by spray gun, the fibers are even and dispersed well which easy to grind and throw out air bubbles

Features: 

1) Alkali resistant roving, used as reinforced material in cement and concrete

2) There are two kinds of roving according to different ZrO2 content of 14.5% and 

    16.5%

3) As to usage, there are two types, one is premixed type and another is water-

    dispersed type

4) Filament diameter: 13μm

5) Roving density: 2,400tex or 4,800tex

Fiberglass texturized yarn

Features:

1) Bended and texturized by high pressure air

2) Can be used to make fabric for filtering and insulating

3) Stand temperature: 550°C

4) Low conductive coefficient: <=0.035kedl/m.h.°C

5) Filament diameter: 9μm or 11μm

6) Roving density: 430tex ~ 2,400tex

Needled chopped strand mat

Features:

1) Made by chopped roving in 50mm and then stitched by polyester thread

2) It is raw material to produce FRP products

3) Free of any binder, it is compatible with resin fast and suitable for continuous
