The system is a range of squre clip in metal tiles with concealed grid system.
Main components & material specifications:
(1) Adjustable clip
To adjust the ceiling level, made of tempered steel.
(2) Wire hanger
4mm galvanized wire.
(3) Spring tee
To support the panels, length 4m, made of 0.5mm galvanized steel.
(4) Wire coupling clip
Galvanized tempered wire to tight the U-channel to the spring tee.
(5) Channel bracket
To hold the U-channel, made of galvanized steel.
(6) U-channel
38mm x 3000mm, thickness 0.5mm/0.6mm, made of galvanized steel.
(7) Edge trim
Aluminium profile L shape with tab or aluminium U shape profile.
(8) Clip-in tile
Beveled edge 5mm;
600 x 600mm, made of aluminium, 0.5mm/0.6mm/0.7mm thick galvanized mild steel;
plain or perforated;
RAL standard color available.
