The IB45-3S is used to make bottles for packing of medicine, food, cosmetics and chemical products, and offers Injection-Blow equipment form 5ml~500ml for customers. Suitable for greater part of thermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, PS and so on.
The special features:
1. Adopt six-pole motor, lower noise, energy-saved.
2. The clamping framework adopts single-crossbeam, so there is much bigger space to place moulds and it can change mould high-speed.
3. The clamping framework adopts double tie-bar to protect, Higt efficient and much suitable for product location demand.
4. The large machines adopt the way of supply-oil crock at oil passage, so it is much more high-speed clamping, energy-saved and reliable for locking mechanism.
5. Special thick working platform is made of QT material, with excellent mechanics function, and are difficult to be transformed.
