1. Character
Physical and chemical character: more enzymatic active in acidic condition. optimum pH 2.0~6.0, optimum temperature: 37℃-55℃.
Preparation Technique: transferring the phytase gene into Pichia pastoris as production strain, with the advanced liquid deep-level fermentation techniques, large-scale standardization industrial production. MEIWEITE PHYTASE is stable enzyme with high purity and activity.
Enzymatic active definition: at temperature 37℃, pH 2.5, there is one u mol inorganic phosphorus released from phytic natrium per minute.
2. Function
Increasing the bioavailability of phytate P in diet for 30-300 per cent. It can not only reduce the cost of inorganic P but also decrease the pollution of P by reducing the evacuation of P 40-75 per cent in feces.
Reducing the amount of inorganic phosphorus and feedstuff cost, extending the feedstuff direction space.
Improving the bio-utilization of mineral in phytic acid.
Improving the apparent digestion of dry material, amino acid and nitrogen.
Improving the daily weight and promote the animal performance of poultry and livestock.
3. Product Types
According to the content phytase, MEIWEITE PHYTASE has four types:
phytaseⅠ: 5000FTU/g
phytase Ⅱ: 2500FTU/g
phytase Ⅲ: 500FTU/g
phytase 1000: 1000FTU/g
4.Efficiencies
Addition of MEIWEITE PHYTASE in diet for layer, can increase the laying rate by 1.8%~2.2%, reduce the broken egg rate by 2.0%~2.5% and the death rate by 3.9%~4.4%; for broiler, increase the ADG by 4%~10%, improve the feed conversion rate by 7%~10%, and increase the utilization rate of P in diet by 45%~55%.
Addition of MEIWEITE PHYTASE in diet for piglet, increase the apparent digestibility of ileum protein and essential amino acid by 7%~12%, increase the apparent digestibility of Magnesium, Ferrum, Cuprum by 7%~13%, improve the ADG by 4%~8% and the feed efficiency by 2%~3%.
Addition of MEIWEITE PHYTASE in diet for duck, improve meat duck feed conversion by 2.5%~8%, increase the laying weight per day by 2%~12%, and for laying duck, increase the laying rate by 3%~10%.
Addition of MEIWEITE PHYTASE in concentrated feed, change the feedstuff's appearance and cut down the Ca3(PO4)2 usage by 1/2-2/3 and improve the taste.
