he Forging Production Line of SWA has passed through qualification of ISO 9001: 2000 standard Quality Certification System, and acquired the license for manufacturing precise aviation die forgings granted by Boeing Company, U.S.A.
he line has equipped with China’s largest forging facilities, which mainly consist of 30000t hydraulic die forging press, 10000t multidirectional hydraulic die forging press, 6000t hydraulic hand forging press, high pressure pump station, circulating water pump station, stock heating furnace, die heating furnace, salt bath quenching trough, vertical quenching furnace, ageing furnace and ingot lathe etc.
Purpose: primarily making the metal and its alloy forging products of aluminium, magnesium, titanium, high temperature alloy, special steel etc that are broadly applied in aviation, aerospace, transport, defence industries.
