The PEX-AL-PEX Butt welding composite pipe extrusion production line is
1) Uses a world-standard programmable computer control system

10) Provided with two guns, which may be immediately and automatically switched over to ensure pipe quality and continuous production
11) Advanced aluminum pipe forming and positioning system ensures long-term stability of welds during the welding process
12) Special aluminum pipe traction unit ensures accuracy and quality
13) Economical and effective fixed aluminum pipe high- frequency induction heating system
14) Ensures pipe adhesion quality
15) Greatly increase productivity and makes production rate 3-5 times higher than that provided with electrical or flame heating units
16) Fixed with an American infrared aluminum pipe temperature detector, which keeps the aluminum pipe temperature under constant control and ensures pipe adhesion strength
17) Advanced laser bore-measuring unit and control system (closed-loop control)
18) Imported computer-controlled jet printer and intelligent eddy current fault detector connected with PCC can automatically print out the preset contents and identifications and create audio/video alarm and defect records
19) This production line may be modified into two PEX, PE pipe or PP-R Pipe Production Lines(through slight change and replacement of corresponding components)
20) May also be used for producing coaxial TV cables. |
