【Identification】: A)the infrared absorption spectrum, Appendix II A, is concordant with the reference spectrum of nitroxynil. B)The light absorption, Appendix IIB, in th4e range 220 to 350nm of a 0.002% w/v solution in 0.01M sodium. C)Heat with sulpheric acid; Iodine vapour is evolved

【Loss on drying】:：Not more than 0.5%

【Heavy metals】:Not more than 10ppm
