S' garment inspection includes such as follows:
1 Quantity status--- check whether the garment status is conformed to the client's requirement. When our inspector comes to the inspection factory, he will ask the factory provide a packing list. He will go to the storage and the garmention room to count the actual quantity of garment. He will compare the order quantity, shipment quantity and finished quantity. If finished quantity is less than the least inspection quantity required by applicant, we will contact with applicant to decide whether continue the inspection. If the shipment quantity is not conformed the requirement of applicant, the inspector will note it in report pending.
2 Shipping mark --- check whether the shipping mark is conformed to the information of order and client's requirement. The inspector will take photos and insert shipping mark photos in the report.
3 Carton assortment --- check whether the garment packed in carton is conformed to the information of shipping mark, packing list and the client's requirement. The inspector should mostly check the style, color, size, quantity of garment.
4 Carton drop testing --- check whether the garment and packaging is fit to transport if required. If the applicant doesn't require other test way, we drop from one meter in high and bump ground at one corner, near three line and six sides. We will check if there is any broken and other damage during drop testing.
5 Metal detection check --- check whether the garment contain broken needle and metal if required.The test conducts on the metal detector.When the detector alarms,our inspector should conform whether there is any broken or sharp metal point.
6 Packaging form --- check whether the packaging form is conformed to the client's requirement. It includes folding way, eyeable barcode, printing on poly-bag or inner box, other packaging material, ply of export carton, strap and so on.
7 garment description/style and color --- check whether the garment description/style and color is conformed to the submitted sample, color swatch and the order. If the color shade from piece to piece or set to set is less than gray scale 4-5, we will note on report pending and send the sample to applicant at factory.
8 Size measurement ---check whether size is conformed to the requirement. If the applicant doesn't require, we will measure five pieces (sets) per size and all size including all color.
9 garment weight --- check whether the weight of garment is conformed to the requirement if required. We will weight sweater five pieces (sets) per size and noted on the size measurement chart.
10 Workmanship --- check the quality of garment. We act to AQL major 2.5 minor 4.0 for ordinary client. We check all possible defects. As you could see, we count defects according to the grade. All applicants could provide their own defects counting standard and NIS will count defects according it. Our inspector will check all found defects with the factory and then note defects on report.
11 Labeling --- check whether all kinds of label are conformed to the order, requirement and submitted sample. We will take photos and attach them into report.
12 Observation of mould --- check whether any mould on the leather.
13 Other check --- other inspection item required by the clients.
