 Established in 1998, Located in Zhejiang Industrial Park , the upper reaches of Fuchunjiang river, Tonglu Aoer Stationery Co., Ltd is a fast growing manufacturer and supplier of wide range of ball pens, gel pens, highlighters and other plastics.
Since the year of 2007, Tonglu Aoer Stationery Co., Ltd began to engage into the application of a new, biodegradable material which is called polylactide（PLA）. Now, we have already successfully used this material to producing pens. PLA uses annually renewable plant resources (corn) as raw material, which is fermented and distillated to produce lactic acid. Followed by the process of dehydration polymerization, high-temp depolymerization, refining and finally polymerization, lactic acid is then transformed to PLA. Its products can be decomposed through composting after use, it is considered to be the most promising biodegradable plastics in 21 century. It can be used in food packing, cold food containers, Stationery, toys, service wares and so on. Since this material is environmentally friendly compared to conventional plastics, you and your eco-conscious customer are sure to appreciate our products made from it.
Looking around our factory, you will see facilities for molding, plastic injection, sandblast finishing, printing and more. Our in-house production eliminates outsourcing costs and has brought us to the business of Sweda, a leading US provider of promotional items.
Our monthly capacity of 6 million units includes ballpoint pens, gel pens, highlighters and whiteboard pens. We create three to four products monthly and hold 14 design patents. OEM samples are ready in five days, ODM samples in 20.
