Zhejiang Huangyan Huineng Mold Factory is the professional factory who design and manufacture all types of large and medium-sized molds. It is located in "home of mold"---Huangyan, the annual production output reach to 10 million yuan, so it is backbone enterprises of "home of molds".
Huineng takes the high-tech, high-quality and efficient service-oriented way, pay most attention to the application of high technology, and first to use the advanced hot runner rapid prototyping technology. Our factory is mainly design and manufacture injection Molds for Automobile Parts, injection Molds for Household Electrical Appliances, injection Molds for Daily Use Products and Injection Molds for Motorcycle Parts and Electric Bike Parts. We have NC plano milling machines, vertical machining centers, CNC EDM, and linear cutting machines, with advanced CAD/CAM/CAE design, our strong expertise in the manufacturing of complex, precision and large size molds with deep cavities and thin walls.
Our factory have passed ISO9001 international quality system certification, pay much attention to internal quality control, technological innovation and improve manufacturing standards, in accordance with strict quality control standards to ensure the quality, reducing energy consumption, to meet the reasonable demands of the customers, so we have become the modeling manufacturer point of Shanghai GM plant, FAW in Changchun, Shenyang Jinbei, Shanghai Volkswagen, and other well-known companies.
