The Wuxi Haibei Microelectronics Research Institute, located on the lakefront of Taihu Lake, is affiliated with the Weifu Group Co., LTd. We have been engaged in the design and development of microelectronics in-connection & package technology.

The incorporate thick film piezoresistive sensors, soft startup electronic module and motor stabilized speed module developed by ourselves is of the leading technology in the world. This piezoresistive sensors can be applied in the field of automatic control, automobile, petroleum, chemical engineering ,medicine and so on.

We has established several production bases in Ningbo, Suzhou and Wuxi to manufacture our products on a large scale.

We have many employee with great talent, and most of them are senior engineers retired from Chinese Huajing Electronics Co., Ltd. or Huayue Microelectronics Co.,Ltd. as well as retired professors from universities. We have a wide cooperation with other institutions and universities in China to develop a series of microelectronic products.

Our main products include: 1. The package technology of microelectronics, for example, thick-film integrated circuit, MCM,IMST, DBC, and BGA chips.
