Loan 100M and up wanted

We are looking for real lender who might be interested and capable to lend the funds for developing our industrial, social and eco-friendly projects in Tunisia, Spain and Cyprus. All the projects are based on the know-how technologies duly patented internationally. Wanted loan is 100 million EUR/USD or bigger, for the period of 5 years or longer, with no grace period, and under a "funds first" procedure instead of a "security first" one. Such procedure serves to make borrower evident first about availability of a loanable sum in order for borrower to proceed to arranging a security relevant thereto.

Repayment of a loanable sum plus annual interest thereon can be secured with BG (ICC 458) or SBLC (UCP 500 or ISP 98) arranged through the Credit Suisse bank in amount of 104% from the sum quoted for lending. It has to be a would-be lender's option to specify the type of security he considers most acceptable and appropriate, and that is to be preliminary agreed upon and fixed. Such security will be issued for a specific purpose covering borrower's underlying obligation within a Loan Agreement. This security shall be callable upon certification by a would-be lender that borrower have failed to fulfil obligation under the Loan Agreement. Such security shall be deemed automatically extended for each next period of one year, and this condition will remain valid within a whole loan period.
note: Borrower do not pay any up-front fees.

If you are real lender, please contact us at any time. Thanks, WMG Team
