We would appreciate receiving the name of LESSOR alongwith his bank coordinates ( if possible ) so as to enable us to fill same in the application/agreement. (Moreover, we need same as we have tried with some sources who could not perform - hence we dont want to resend our application to them and also not to repeat - this is not necessary but it would be beneficial for both of us )Borrowers will arrange to provide payment pertaining to leasing fees + commission by MT 103 and/or ICBPO.
2. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROJECT FUNDING
(a) we seek project funding ( for 1120 MW power project ) amounting to Indian Rupees 6300 crores equivalent to US $ 1.5 Billion approx. against PROMISSORY NOTE issued by prime Indian Bank ( Nationalized Bank - under Government of India undertaking ) at very low rate of interest . Borrower seeks funds in Indian Rupees and wishes to repatriate same inn INR only on maturity ( 10 years + 1 day ). We have various other projects in range of INR 250 crores equivalent to US $ 50 million to INR 1000 crores equivalent to US $ 200 Million for which we can arrange Promissisory Notes. In all cases we need funds in Indian Rupees. (b) FUNDING AGAINST SKR PLEASE CONFIRM IF YOU ARE IN A POSITION TO PROVIDE FUNDS AGAINST SKR. ONE OF OUR CLIENT IS HOLDING SKR AMOUNTING TO US $ 93 MILLION ISSUED BY STATE BANK OF INDIA against property and second amounting to US $ 66 million.also against property ( issued by Punjan National Bank - India ). THEY CAN CONSIDER BOTH THE OFFERS i.e (i) DISCOUNTING ( one time payment - CONFIRM WHAT AMOUNT YOU CAN PROVIDE AGAINST RELEVANT INSTRUMENT) (ii) TRADING PROGRAM (PP-P). PLEASE MAKE YOUR OFFER GIVING FULL DETAILS INCLUDING TERMS, PROCEDURES AND MODUS OPERANDI.CONFIRM WHAT RETURNS/PROFITS YOU CAN PROVIDE AGAINST TRADING PROGRAM ( PP_P ). WILL IT BE GUARANTEED ? WILL YOU PROVIDE POST DATED BANKER CHEQUES? GIVE FULL DETAILS SEND CONTRACT FORMAT ( This is MUST as instrument holder wants to know the exact details of the deal i.e. modus operandi and its terms ). (c) We also have clients interested in project funding ranging from US $ 50 million to $ 100 million. They are RWA to provide BG only after receipt of confirmation from Lenders Bank via swift messaging system to their bank confirming that Lenders bank is RWA to release funds immediately upon receipt of BG. However, we will arrange to provide BCL to this effect alongwith application.

3. WE HAVE CLIENTS INTERESTED IN PRIVATE FOREIGN CURRENCY EXCHANGE PROGRAM
We have EURO-P and are looking for USD-P. Send full details including contract. Advise commission structure ( split up details ).
4. WE ARE BUYERS AND SELLERS OF ALL TYPES OF BANK INSTRUMENTS

5. We are looking for Fresh Cut BGs and MTNs.
Please make your offer giving full details and send documents as may be required by you to be filled by buyer and returned to you. Advise commission structure and rate. Also inform name of bank providing the requisite instrument.
6. WE ARE INTERESTED IN AVAILING BACK TO BACK L/C FACILITIES.
WE NEED SIGHT L/C AGAINST 90 TO 180 DAYS USANCE L/C ISSUED BY PRIME INDIAN BANK FOR THE IMPORT OF UREA . PLEASE ADVISE TOTAL CHARGES INCLUDING INTEREST CHARGES.
We also seek above said facilities ( about US $ 2 million in tranches ) for our another very reputed client who is interested to import various items from China.
THERE SHOULD BE NO UPFRONT CHARGES ( for any of the above stated deals ) AT ANY GIVEN TIME AND FOR WHAT SO EVER REASONS INCLUDING INSTRUMENT TRANSMISSION CHARGES.
