Finishing: The finish applied to all wood blinds components is a high quality lacquer; Stains are stained, sealed and top coated; Paints are base coated, primed and top coated; Color accuracy is checked with X-rite Model Minolta CR-200 color spectrophotometer; Digital readings are taken on the following 3 measurement scales:
L= + lightness / - darkness,a= + red / - green, b= + yellow / - blue.Bow and Camber:for length 3'-1" to 4'-1", camber 1/8" max., bow 1/4" max.; for length 5'-1" to 7'-1", camber 3/16" max., bow 3/8" max.For length 8'-1'' to 9'-1'', camber 1/4'' max, bow 1/2'' max .
Besides the ordinary ready made and custom specified MTM blinds, we offer a cleverest size planning with height flexibility to easily fit most of your custom made requirements. The drop is preliminarily set at 62". The width distribution is: 25", 28", 31", 34", 37", 42", 44", 48", 52", 56", 60", 64", 68", and 72". Locations for cord tilt and cord lift are interchangable. All slat ladders, lift cord, tilt cord are reserved for length extension to 84". Fabricators can easily reverse the blinds control from left to right or right to left. According to field requirements,
Fabricator can shorten the drop by removing extra slats, or lengthen the drop from 62" to a maximum of 84" by adding spare slats.

Slat,Valances & Bottom Rail (Unifished & Finished)
For finished slats, apply abovementioned specifications. For unfinished slats: Slat edge is milled to standard millwork finish, and is smooth and rounded; Slat surface is sanded to a 240-grit finish; Slats are classified into Clear Grade, Light Grade, Paint Grade; Standard Length Distribution: 30% 3'-4', 40% 5'-6', and 30% 7'-10'. Laminated & Finger Jointed Slat, Valance, and Bottom Rail up to 9' in length are available.
